Supporting and accompanying development we manufacture for our customers prototypes by the most different processes and in the most different materials.
Laser-sintering, 3D printing and vacuum casting represent just a small selection of the processes we use.
Especially worthy of mention here is the NylonMold process.
This permits the fabrication of PA 6 components with a glass-fibre component of 30 % coupled with a 40 % reduction in prototype costs and a reduction in production times of up to 50 %.
In this way we are able to guarantee for you close-to-series components early in the development phase that permit statements to be made on technical behaviour and opportunities for optimization realized.
